Each garment is meticulously crafted to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Since our designs are bespoke and made to order, we have a no-return or refund policy once an order has been processed. However, we are always here to support you and will gladly assist with any concerns related to alterations, fittings, or product issues to ensure you have the best possible experience with us.

1. Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is custom-made with great care, we are unable to accept returns or refunds once an order has been processed.

  • Custom-made, pre-order, or made-to-measure garments are tailored specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding that returns cannot be accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

2. Alterations & Fittings

We want your outfit to fit you beautifully! If you have any concerns, we are happy to assist with alterations.

  • If you require adjustments, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Any alterations beyond standard adjustments may incur additional charges, depending on the complexity of the modification.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Our quality control process ensures that every piece meets our high standards. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and details of the issue.
  • If the defect is verified, we will offer the best possible solution, such as repairs or replacements of the same design.
  • Minor variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or embellishments are a natural part of handmade couture and are not considered defects.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges, but we are happy to work with you to resolve any concerns.

  • Exchanges may be considered only in exceptional cases where an issue cannot be fixed.
  • Any approved exchanges will be subject to availability and management discretion.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled due to the made-to-order nature of our designs.
  • If there are unexpected production delays, we will keep you informed and work toward a suitable resolution.
  • Customers agree that no refund claims can be made via the payment gateway after 24 hours of placing the order.

6. International Orders

We love dressing clients around the world! Here’s what to keep in mind for international orders:

  • All international sales are final, and orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any duties, customs charges, or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • While we strive for timely deliveries, delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen logistics issues are beyond our control.
