Estie Couture, we take immense pride in delivering meticulously crafted luxury fashion pieces. Each garment is made with precision, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we maintain a strict no returns or refund policy once an order has been processed.
1. No Returns or Refunds
- Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Custom-made, pre-order, or made-to-measure garments are specially created for the client and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
2. Alterations & Fittings
- Alteration services will be provided for any size or fitting concerns to ensure the perfect fit for our customers.
- If there are any fitting issues, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the item must be sent back for alteration within 7 days.
- Any additional alterations beyond standard adjustments may incur extra charges depending on the complexity of the modifications.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and details of the issue.
- If an item is found to be defective, we will provide a solution at our discretion.
- Slight variations in colour, embroidery, fabric texture, or embellishments are not considered defects, as these are inherent to handmade and luxury couture pieces.
4. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges unless there is a genuine defect that cannot be rectified, solely at our discretion.
- Any approved exchanges will be subject to availability and management discretion.
5. Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- In cases of production delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform customers and provide alternative solutions.
6. International Orders
- All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Any duties, customs charges, or taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Estie Couture is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen logistical issues are beyond our control.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is shipped.

9. General Conditions
- Estie Couture reserves the right to refuse any returns, exchanges, or claims that do not comply with our policy.
- Any disputes arising from transactions shall be governed by the laws of London, United Kingdom and Estie Couture’s decision shall be final.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
